Last Thursday was a beautiful day for a hike in the woods around Duxbury. With Stick Season underway, there are still some lovely patches of color to enjoy.

Autumn's Last Act
How else could a person begin a blog about living and working in northern Vermont, than with a shot of the foliage? Here, in mid-October, a row of trees shows off the remains of their fiery foliage on a chilly morning on the campus of Peoples Academy in Morrisville.
